After their 2-8 start, fans say it’s time for a new general manager.
Each week during season, Cleveland Browns fans vote in SB Nation Reacts to express their confidence level in the team or their thoughts on other topics.
After their loss to the Saints in Week 11, the Browns’ confidence dropped to 9%, a decrease of 7 percentage points from the previous week. Once again, there’s not much lower the team can go. Even a fluke win won’t change it at this point; they’d need to string together a couple of solid wins.
The Steelers’ confidence is at 92% after their 8-2 start.
We asked two questions about the Browns this week. The first asked whether the Browns should fire head coach Kevin Stefanski this season, and the other asked if the Browns should fire general manager Andrew Berry this season. 36% of fans are on board with firing Stefanski, while 64% are on board with firing Berry. It’s an interesting results-oriented poll that demonstrated the fans’ dismay with the 2024 season. In particular, Berry is catching more blame, likely due to the Deshaun Watson situation — whether that was his doing or not.
Fans on a national level were asked who they think will cover the spread between the Browns and the Steelers. The Browns are 3.5 point underdogs to the Steelers tonight, per FanDuel Sportsbook. 89% of people think Pittsburgh will cover, which means fans on a national scale think they’ll win by more than a field goal at least. The weather may have something to say about that, though, as snow is falling in Cleveland.
