Russell Wilson is flying into Cleveland tonight for a meeting on Thursday
The Cleveland Browns have traded for one player and signed three others throughout the legal tampering/free agency period in 2025, and the team still wants to add another established vet to the quarterback room after trading for Kenny Pickett.
The overall feeling around the organization is that they’re still trying to acquire an experienced “bridge” option that’ll help the team have a legitimate chance to compete in the 2025 season.
It was just announced that the Browns have an official visit scheduled with former Pittsburgh Steeler quarterback Russell Wilson on Thursday.
He’s reportedly flying into Northeast Ohio tonight in preparation for the meeting.

Russell Wilson is undoubtedly one of the better options for Cleveland in free agency right now, and it’s safe to say that Andrew Berry and Co. are going to do their due diligence on the former All-Pro quarterback and Super Bowl winner.
