Browns first selection in the 2024 NFL draft was hurt while engaged with Ravens offensive line
The Cleveland Browns are just looking to play out their final game of a horrible 2024 NFL regular season with nothing to play for except pride and NFL draft positioning. The Browns roster has been riddled with injuries this season leading to the team on the field in Week 18 having about half of the initial 53-man roster.
Early in the second half against the Baltimore Ravens, rookie DT Michael Hall Jr. was engaged with multiple offensive linemen. Hall’s knee seemed to twist in an abnormal way leading to Hall on the ground in obvious pain.
Shortly after, the medical cart was brought out to the field and an air cast was placed on Hall’s leg:

The cast was placed on Hall’s right leg as he was carted off the field.
Selected in the second round of the 2024 NFL draft, Hall was suspended for five games to start the season and then missed time with a knee injury. In seven games, including two starts, Hall had a sack, five quarterback hits, three tackles for loss and was regularly getting pressure on the quarterback.
The team quickly ruled Hall out for the rest of the game, a sign of the seriousness of his injury:
