Carter reveals an interesting fact about his top-30 visit in Cleveland
The Cleveland Browns haven’t played any football games yet in 2025, but HC Kevin Stefanski certainly took his first “L” of the season during DE Abdul Carter’s top-30 visit with the team earlier this month.
Carter was seen in a recent episode of NFL Films’ “Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL” letting a staff member know that he defeated Cleveland’s head coach in a chess game during his visit with the team.
Carter seems to be brimming with confidence, as he should be, seeing that he’s undoubtedly one of the top players in the 2025 NFL Draft and one of the Browns’ realistic options at pick No.2.

Though it’s all in good fun, it’s great to see clips like this from prospective players because it gives the public a glimpse of their personalities in an organizational setting.
It’s never a bad thing to have a fiery, competitive attitude as a pass rusher in today’s NFL.
