Things continue to look pessimistic — or are they?
Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Cleveland Browns fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
This week, we’re only sticking with our most basic question for SB Nation Reacts: Are you confident in the direction of the Cleveland Browns?
As far as the team’s win-loss record goes, it’s not good. The Browns are 3-12, and the optimism from beating the Ravens and Steelers earlier this year, and Jameis Winston’s glory days, have faded. The past two weeks, the offense has looked like a joke, Nick Chubb broke his foot, Myles Garrett questioned his future with the team, and now we have just two games remaining in the season.
Is the losing actually something that helps the Browns at this point, though? It keeps improving their draft position, and if you believe in the team’s talent, then maybe a few high draft picks will be the affordable jolt this team needs in 2025.
