Thursday Night Football is set to be an AFC North clash of first versus worst
In a game that could impact the Cleveland Browns long-term future, in more than one way, and the Pittsburgh Steelers 2024 season, it will be interesting how each team prepares for the short week. Thursday Night Football is always a little bit of a guess, overall, for how things will shake out especially with one team having nothing to play for.
Monday, we learned that TE Geoff Swaim would miss Week 12’s matchup and that two of the starting corners were “day-to-day.” While that was an estimated injury report for Cleveland, the Browns and Steelers were on the field Tuesday.
DE Myles Garrett was unable to practice due to a hip issue while a number of veterans rested in Pittsburgh. With one more day of practice, a lot to watch on both sides as Cleveland fans wonder if a regime change could be imminent:

With Geron Christian returning, it will be interesting if Wills is able to make it this week or if Cleveland will be down to their third and fourth left tackles for the game.

Highsmith is expected to miss a few games with his ankle injury which means, as of Tuesday, only Trice’s injury is worthy of being monitored at this time with everyone else resting.
