The Lions begin their path to the Super Bowl.
The second matchup on Saturday features the Washington Commanders taking on the Detroit Lions.
This is a fresh matchup that we didn’t see during the regular season. Washington was impressive all season, led hy rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. He led yet another come-from-behind win last week over the Buccaneers in the most exciting first-round matchup.
Now, they face a whole different test in the top-seeded Detroit Lions. The Lions have been the most explosive and complete team in the NFL, and there’s no reason to think they’ll falter here. As much as I like Washington, I think Detroit takes them out with ease to advance to the NFC Championship.
The game starts at 8:00 pm ET and will be televised on FOX. Lions 34, Commanders 14
