Ken Dorsey was fired after one season with the Browns after being fired by the Bills
The Cleveland Browns have moved on this offseason and are preparing for the upcoming NFL draft by spending time at the Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl. Our Barry Shuck has full coverage of the Senior Bowl for you with daily diaries (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are published).
The biggest change this offseason for the Browns, besides the QB Deshaun Watson likely being out for the season, was the firing of OC Ken Dorsey and replacing him with Tommy Rees. Cleveland fans were underwhelmed when Dorsey was hired to replace Alex Van Pelt last offseason as his time with the Buffalo Bills was also underwhelming.
Despite being fired from the position each of the last two years, Dorsey is in line to interview for another coordinator position:
#Cowboys are considering former #Browns OC Ken Dorsey for their offensive coordinator position, per source. Interview to be determined but logistics being discussed.

The Dallas Cowboys have come under fire for their decisions this offseason including stringing along Mike McCarthy, mostly interviewing coaches with connections to the team’s history and the hiring of Brian Schottenheimer as the new head coach.
Interviewing Dorsey, much less hiring him, would continue the trend of the Cowboys making head-scratching decisions even if Schottenheimer chooses to retain playcalling duties.
How surprised are you that Dorsey is even getting an OC interview?
