Cleveland has officially found its new Offensive Coordinator for 2025 and beyond
The Cleveland Browns have officially announced the promotion of current passing game specialist and tight ends coach Tommy Rees to Offensive Coordinator.
Rees will be entering his second year with the organization in 2025 and has been a fairly hot commodity amongst coaching circles since the 2020/2021 season. He’s known as an up-and-coming, innovative offensive mind in the football world and began calling offensive plays at Notre Dame (2020-2022) and Alabama (2023) before joining Cleveland in February 2024.
Rees was also a ball boy for the Browns as a teenager when his dad, Bill, was the Director of Player Personnel under GM Phil Savage.

As of today, he’s also one of the youngest Offensive Coordinators in the NFL at only 32 years old.

It remains to be seen who’ll be calling the offensive plays for the Browns in 2025, but Cleveland has undoubtedly done an excellent job with the hiring of OL Coach Mike Bloomgren and the promotion of Tommy Rees.
