How Mike Vrabel spent his season in Cleveland with the Browns

The Cleveland Browns let Mike Vrabel out of his coaching contract a week before the regular season ended.

The move allowed Vrabel to be interviewed by teams with a head coaching vacancy. Vrabel is a hot commodity in the coaching cycle. Organizations have started to pitch their job vacancy to Vrabel as he’ll choose where he goes. 

The Athletic’s reporter Zack Rosenblatt met with Vrabel over the year in anticipation that Vrabel would become a head coach again. Rosenblatt wrote a great story detailing how Vrabel spent his year following his firing from the Tennessee Titans. It also gives an insight into how Vrabel spent his time in Cleveland.
