Well, it appears the story is changing in the Michael Hall Jr. case.
Via WKYC – Hall’s fiancée, also the mother of their 11-month-old son, told the Avon city prosecutor that she was “mistaken” when she gave her account to police that Hall had “pressed the firearm against her temple” and threatened her.
Hopefully, this case will be resolved and if Hall truly wasn’t guilty of said allegations. That he is able to clear his name of wrongdoing.
During an arraignment hearing last week, Hall pleaded not guilty and a personal bond of $10,000 was set. He will appear in Avon Lake Municipal Court on Sept. 10.
Hall is 21 years old and a defensive tackle just drafted by the Cleveland Browns (Round 2 Pick 54). He was on the Ohio State Buckeyes for college ball. Last season, Hall had 24 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
The man certainly has the potential to thrive in the NFL especially being a part of a great defense along with Myles Garrett and others in Cleveland. Hall did play in the preseason game for the Browns last week against Minnesota.
Via ABJ: Hall didn’t start the preseason game featuring backups, but he entered the action for the Cleveland defense’s third play of the game. He logged 25 of the defense’s 58 snaps (43%).
Cleveland Sports Talk will continue to keep you updated with the news from this story and what ultimately comes of it. Let’s hope that Hall will be able to stay out of trouble moving forward and get ready for this exciting season ahead for the Browns!
