The DBN staff predicts the Week 13 games, plus the national media make their predictions for Browns vs. Broncos.
Here is what the national media is saying about the Week 13 game between the Browns and Broncos:
CBS Sports (Pete Prisco) – Broncos 24, Browns 14
The Browns are rested after having upset the Steelers last Thursday, which should help as they play consecutive road games. The Broncos are playing well. They are playing good defense, which will cause problems for Jameis Winston here. Look for a big game for the Broncos defense.
CBS Sports (John Breech) – Broncos 24, Browns 13
Sporting News (Vinnie Iyer) – Broncos 24, Browns 17
Denver has been smashing at home of late with Bo Nix and the offense spreading the ball around well. The Broncos won’t run well on the Browns, but they will find some big downfield passing matchups in their favor. On the flip side, Jameis Winston will see good pressure and tough coverage from the team led by his former Saints coach, Sean Payton.
Sporting News (Bill Bender) – Broncos 21, Browns 17
The Broncos are in the playoff hunt, and they have not had a turnover in their past three games. Bo Nix has eight TDs, no interceptions, and four sacks in those games. Will Cleveland’s Myles Garrett, who has six sacks in his past three games, disrupt that timing? The Browns keep this one close on the road, but Denver wins its third straight game.
