Browns executives Glenn Cook and Catherine (Raiche) Hickman have interviewed for GM roles in past seasons
One of the many reasons that the Cleveland Browns 3-14 record during the 2024 regular season was surprising is how highly ranked the roster was going into the season. Those with appropriate expectations for an NFL roster often had the Browns roster ranked within the top 5 or 10 when subtracting the quarterback.
The quarterback play, four different starters to set a two-year record, explains a lot of the team’s struggles.
Cleveland is poised to bring back a majority of their core players heading into 2025 with some changes on the coaching staff. With Mike Vrabel as a hot HC candidate, there are a number of front-office and coaches who could follow him.
Catherine Hickman, formerly Catherine Raiche, could be one of those but her first interview is likely to come with the Tennessee Titans who have requested permission from the Browns:
The Tennessee Titans have requested to speak with Browns Assistant General Manager & Vice President of Football Operations Catherine Hickman, per source.

Hickman started her football journey with the CFL and has risen the ranks to her current position with the team after working with GM Andrew Berry as a part of the Philadelphia Eagles front office.
An earlier version of this story included a report that Glenn Cook, Assistant GM & Vice President of Player Personnel, was also requested but that has since been retracted. Cook interviewed with the Titans, among other teams, previously.
