As NFL draft rumors swirl, NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah makes some adjustments
There has been an interesting switch in narrative on social media concerning the Cleveland Browns. At one point, it was assumed that QBs Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders were the likely picks for the Browns. Then came the focus on DE Abdul Carter until WR/CB Travis Hunter became who most expect Cleveland to select.
With Hunter now expected to be the nxt top pick for the Browns, questions remain about who will be throwing him passes and whether receiver is Hunter’s best position. WR Tetairoa McMillan has long been assumed to be the top receiver besides Hunter.
Daniel Jeremiah, NFL Network’s lead NFL draft analyst, just released his updated big board, which saw a couple of big changes, including McMillan falling below Emeka Ebguka, Matthew Golden and Hunter.
Jeremiah has DE James Pearce Jr. and S Malaki Starks and dropping four spots with CB Azareye’h Thomas and DT Joshua Farmer with the biggest drops, eight (or more in Farmer’s case as he dropped out of the top 50).
Ward jumped two spots while LB Jihaad Campbell moved up three (and into the top 10) and DE Jalon Walker joined the top 5. DT Walter Nolen had the biggest jump, up six spots, with TE Mason Taylor jumping up five. QB Jaxson Dart is up to 36th.
