Donovan Mitchell will sit out the Cleveland Cavaliers’ matchup against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday due to a sprained ankle.
Mitchell suffered the injury on Sunday against the Kings.
“I want to get the 1 seed and go from there. If I’m able to go, I’m able to go,” said Mitchell after the Kings game. “A little hobbled after the first adrenaline rush or probably the first five to 10 minutes. But I’m trying to win and help my team win any way possible.”
The Cavs will wrap up the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference with either a win over a Celtics loss.
