On today’s episode, Matt Tamanini is in conversation with the Nebraska beat writer for The Athletic, Mitch Sherman. The pair discuss what the hell happened in the Huskers’ 56-7 beatdown at the hands of Indiana last weekend, and whether or not they have enough to circle the wagons to make things interesting in Columbus on Saturday.
While Sherman believes that Nebraska pulling off the upset would be one of the biggest shocks of the decade, he does think that if it is a game late in the fourth quarter, it will be a low-scoring affair. From there, he breaks down the matchups depending on who has the ball and gives some insight into the mindset of Big Red Nation.
