In this episode, DJ and Jordan open by encouraging everyone to join the MACtion this month.
In the two-minute drill, Jordan and DJ discuss the Ohio State game against Penn State, South Carolina’s win over Texas A&M and Ole Miss. DJ shares her thoughts about the ACC conference blowup, led by Louisville and SMU. We could be looking at a Miami vs. SMU ACC championship, and it is a toss-up of who would win and ultimately get the playoff bid. Jordan discusses the BIG 12 shakeup with wins by Houston and Texas Tech. Washington is also still fighting for bowl eligibility as the season comes to a close.
The Power Rankings highlight some newcomers and become a reality check for the frequent flyers. With the playoff rankings right around the corner, we will see how this shakes out in real-time. Who will the committee select as potential playoff spot contenders? We will find out on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
In the pre-game power sweep, we anticipate a quieter slate. This week we recommend:
