Ohio State fans have flocked to Mercedes-Benz Stadium for tonight’s national championship game, Xandra Pohl being one of them.
Pohl, 24, has established herself as a major influencer and rising star as a DJ over the last year. She also appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2024 and walked at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show for the second year in a row. While Pohl is a University of Miami alum, she’s a Cincinnati native and Ohio State supporter.
Back in November, Pohl, who has earned the nickname “The Next Kate Upton,” made the trip to Columbus to watch the Buckeyes lose a stunner to arch-rival Michigan.
Tonight, she’s in Atlanta watching Ohio State play Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff National Championship.
So far, tonight’s game is going much better than the one against the Wolverines. After giving up a touchdown to Notre Dame on the first drive of the game, Ohio State has scored 21 unanswered points.
Pohl, meanwhile, has been turning heads in the crowd. She posted video of herself having fun alongside her brother, who is also an OSU fan.
“we at the national championship baby,” Pohl captioned the post.
Seeing the Buckeyes win the national championship in person would be the second coolest recent thing to happen to Pohl involving the state of Ohio.
In the fall, she earned a spot on the Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list, an honor she celebrated in her hometown of Cincinnati.
“If you would’ve told me this little girl at the end of the slide would be performing and speaking for @forbes ,in my hometown, I would simply not believe you. I’m so grateful to included and surrounded by so many brilliant minds. Just a reminder to never stop chasing your dreams <3," Pohl wrote on Instagram in October.
We’ll see if the Buckeyes can close it out tonight for her and the rest of their fanbase.
