After Ohio State got roundhouse kicked in the chest by Northwestern on Thursday night, Micah Parrish and Jake Diebler briefly spoke to the media, as well as Northwestern head coach Chris Collins.
Collins spoke first. He said his team really needed a win like this after the past few weeks. Collins said that he was very concerned about Ohio State’s guards coming into the game, and wanted his guys to be handsy with them to keep them unsteady.
Micah Parrish was point-blank asked if Ohio State quit on Thursday night. He responded with “Nah, we didn’t quit. Next question.”
Diebler said he does not anticipate Ohio State playing a clunker like this again this season. He also said that Northwestern made the Buckeyes look like a “young team” which he felt they have not looked like in quite some time.
