The Cleveland Guardians took on the Arizona Diamondbacks in the last exhibition game of the season.
- Kyle Manzardo kicked scoring off with a 383ft homer to center field in the top of the first.
- In the top of the fourth Kahlil Watson hit a double to left, advancing to third on Jaison Chourio’s ground out to 2B. Jhonkensy Noel hit a sac fly to center that scored Kahlil.
- Nolen Jones recorded his 2nd first hit as a Guardian – a sharp single to center. He then stole 2nd but the inning ended before he could notch a run.

- In the top of the ninth Jorge Burgos doubled to right and scored a run when Will Wilson doubled to left.
- Luis Ortiz struggled with command, but seemed to limit the damage and get out of innings. It took Ortiz 23 pitches to get through the first inning and he allowed 3H and 1R in the process. Ortiz finished the game with 2R on 5H and 2BB in 4.0 innings of work. He struck out one batter.
- Paul Sewald got some relief work in, striking out two in one inning of work. We got another look at Triston McKenzie and Joey Cantillo out of the bullpen. Sticks also threw a scoreless inning, striking out one and walking one. Cantillo threw a scoreless inning bridging to the top of the eighth.
- Allan Hernandez, who pitched in Lake County last year, pitched the eighth inning keeping his spring ERA at 0.00. He walked one, but finished the inning without allowing a run.
- Jack Jasiak (Lynchburg) was giving closing duties, earning a save.
