Nothing official yet, but it sounds like the Guardians are adding another Tommy John bounceback candidate to help lengthen their rotation late in the season in John Means:

…all as options currently on the 40-man potentially able to help in the rotation as needed. Of course, several will be hurt/ineffective by that point, which is why this amount of depth seems like a great idea. You can read more about Means in this article from last night.
