Spring Training is kinda the worst
Spring Training, folks. It’s silly. The Guardians got thumped 7-2 and it doesnt matter.
-Luis Ortiz looked better but still got tagged a couple times. He struck out two and allowed three hits and a run in three innings.
-Johnathan Rodriguez and Daniel Schneemann both hit home runs off of Luis Castillo. The wind helped but both were well-struck.
-Angel Martinez, Gabriel Arias, Jhonkensy Noel, and Kyle Manzardo added singles. Noel also had an 114 mph lineout.
-Yordys Valdes hit a double.
-Emmanuel Clase gave up a couple lucky hits and struck out two in his spring debut.
